Lateral steam: It makes steam sweep from one side of the steam chamber towards the raw materials, penetrate the raw materials and reach the other side. At this point, close the condensate valve on one side and open the steam inlet valve. At the same time, close the steam inlet valve on the opposite side and open the condensate valve to allow the steam to spray out from the opposite direction. If there are thin flanges inside the mold, it is best for the steam to pass around the flanges so that the raw materials sandwiched inside the flanges can also be steamed and melted. Pressure holding: After the steam is passed through laterally, it needs to go through a pressure holding or double-sided steam melting process. During this process, open the steam inlet valve and close the condensate drain valve to gradually bring the pressure to its peak.

      2. Cooling. After steam is introduced, the temperature inside the mold usually reaches 140℃. In order to ensure the smooth demolding of the product, the mold temperature must be reduced to 70℃. Demolding. As the internal pressure is released and the temperature drops to the permitted demolding temperature, the demolding operation can be carried out.

      3. Drying and shaping. Generally, the drying temperature for EPP molding production is set at 60℃ to 80℃. The drying room should maintain dry air and good ventilation.
