P series pneumatic single-seat control valve
Designed with a modular concept, the main components can be combined and interchanged at will. It features a compact structure, small size, light weight and sensitive operation. The flow channel is in an S-shaped streamlined shape, featuring low pressure drop loss, large flow capacity, precise flow characteristics and convenient maintenance. It is particularly suitable for working conditions where the allowable leakage is small, the pressure difference before and after the valve is not significant, and the fluid is clean. It is widely applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power, light textile and papermaking.

【 Product Features 】
1)All the control valves of our company adopt S-shaped valve bodies, which have excellent pressure resistance and reliable structural strength. This ensures that the valves will not cause common defects of domestic control valves such as deformation and increased internal leakage at the installation site. The flow channel inside the valve is of low flow resistance and S-shaped flow channel, which makes the whole machine have very small flow resistance, a wide adjustable range and high accuracy of flow characteristics.
2) According to different working conditions, different structures and fully interchangeable throttling components, also known as valve internalities, can be selected. The flow characteristics are available in options such as equal percentage, straight line, and quick opening.
3) The internal components of the P series pneumatic single-seat valve are composed of the valve seat, valve core and valve stem, and adopt an upward guiding structure. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, high regulation accuracy, small pressure drop loss, precise flow characteristics, large guiding area and anti-vibration. It is particularly suitable for working conditions where the allowable leakage is small and the pressure difference before and after the valve is not significant.
